Historian Ada Ferrer will speak on her forthcoming book, Keeper of My Kin: Memoir of an Immigrant Daughter(Scribner 2026), and reflect on the intersections between family, memoir, and history.

Ada Ferrer is Dayton-Stockton Professor of History at Princeton University and author of the Pulitzer-Prize winning book, Cuba: An American History.
